Police Seek to Question Man in Beach Shooting

The survivor of a beachside shooting that left two men dead has given investigators new details about a man wanted for questioning in connection with the crimes, authorities said.
The woman, who has not been named, described the suspect as white, 35 to 37 years old, with dark, curly hair and “transient in appearance.” He earlier was described as thin, 6 feet tall and having a Southern accent.
Investigators said he was in the area at the time of the Jan. 26 shootings at Sycamore Cove State Beach of Francisco Orellano Miranda, 36, and Levi Orellana, 32, both of Newbury Park.
