Catellus Development Corp. has agreed to become a developer at Southern California Logistics Airport in Victorville.
San Francisco-based Catellus signed an exclusive agreement to construct all new buildings at the 5,000-acre Southern California Logistics Airport. Master developer Stirling Airports International has approval to build more than 43.5 million square feet at the former George Air Force Base.
Plans call for Catellus to build buildings for tenants that commit to taking space at the airport. Catellus is one of the largest developers in the Inland Empire, having built more than 3 million square feet in the region.
