3 Charged in Robbery and Shooting of Dentist

Three men have been charged with kidnapping and shooting a Laguna Niguel dentist who was left for dead in a parking lot, officials said Friday.
Accused of kidnapping, robbery, carjacking and attempted murder are Mynor Rolando Cordon-Suchtiz, 23, of Orange; Marco Monroy, 21, of Oceanside; and Antonio Coyaza, 19, of Santa Ana. They were being held at the Orange County Jail on bail of $500,000 each.
Paul Janosik, 37, was abducted Feb. 5 from a gas station at Broadway and 1st Street. He was left in a UC Riverside parking lot with gunshot wounds to his head and arm, said Santa Ana Police Sgt. Baltazar De La Riva. Arraignment is set for March 1.
Janosik remains hospitalized in critical condition.
