Toddler Drowns in Swimming Pool

A 16-month-old boy drowned Wednesday in a backyard swimming pool.
The toddler was pulled from the water about 6:20 p.m. by family members at the home on Murietta Avenue, fire officials said.
The names of the toddler and his family were not released.
