Impatient Man Allegedly Assaults DMV Worker

A Las Vegas man was accused of twisting the arm of a Department of Motor Vehicles worker because he was angry he had to wait in line for 30 minutes.
Burton Howard Stein, 64, was charged with intimidating a public officer by threat or physical harm and battery with bodily harm.
Stein had phoned a DMV office for an appointment. He went to the office but became irate after waiting in line, a DMV official said. He asked to see the worker he had spoken with on the phone. That worker came out, and, as she tried to shake his hand, Stein allegedly twisted her arm.
