Buying with no money down: Mario Manzanilla, a senior loan officer with Kennedy Capital in San Marino, will tell home buyers how to finance a home with no money down and obtain a loan for up to a $500,000 loan.

Bel-Wood Hills home tour: This AIA/LA chapter tour features homes designed by Trevor Abamson, Mark Rios, A. Quincy Jones and Edward Niles.
Location: Westwood, Bel-Air, Beverly Hills
Time: Homes will be open from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.; tours are self-guided; the tour takes about two hours to complete.
Cost: $45; a limited number of tickets will be available for $60 on the day of the tour; recommended for participants age 12 and older; no discount for children.
