Softball Players Earn All-American Honors

A quartet of former and current Santa Ana Foothill High players were among 48 selected to three 2001 Louisville Slugger/National Fastpitch Coaches Assn. All-America teams released Monday.
Foothill graduate Courtney Fossatti, senior-to-be Autumn Champion and junior-to-be Caitlin Lowe were named first-team All-Americans, along with Sheridan Fowler of Thousand Oaks High and Temecula Linfield shortstop Kathy Fiske.
