* Re “For One Man, Seeing Is Believing,” Sept. 14.
The article describing the wonderful work done by Dr. Michael Colvard was very uplifting. I couldn’t help but contrast the canonization of two rascally popes to the remarkable work of the good doctor, who annually makes trips to Africa to help restore sight for villagers, most of whom are blinded by cataracts. The wrong persons were canonized.
