Officials to Discuss Pool, Tennis Courts

School and park leaders will meet Wednesday to discuss how to build a new pool for the east end of town and add more tennis courts at Royal High School.
Officials from the Simi Valley Unified School District and the Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District have been meeting occasionally to talk about how to work on projects together.
Although the meetings have just included school and park officials, some city leaders have said they also want to participate.
“But you’ve got to be invited. You can’t just crash it,” City Councilwoman Barbra Williamson said.
Wednesday’s meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. in the Floyd Binns Room of the school district’s headquarters, 875 Cochran St.
