The City Council today will consider imposing a rule requiring taxicab drivers to put approved code enforcement decals in their windows.
The decals indicate that the cabs have the necessary permits to operate in Anaheim.
The council will also consider adopting a new ordinance permitting more taxicabs as needed during peak convention center periods.
