Countrywide Credit Nets Earnings of $99.8 Million

Countrywide Credit Industries Inc. in Calabasas reported net earnings of $99.8 million for the fourth quarter that ended Feb. 29, compared with $101.6 million for the fourth quarter last year. Revenues dropped to $452.88 million from $532.38 million.
For the year ended Feb. 29, revenues rose 2% to $2.02 billion.
Countrywide provides single-family home loans and services through its subsidiary Countrywide Home Loans.
