The City Council awarded a construction contract this week to R.J. Noble Co. to begin the reconstruction project of Yorba Linda Boulevard. The city’s share of the $647,329 contract will amount to $337,676, with the rest coming from federal transportation funds, Orange County and the city of Yorba Linda.
