Automatic Data Processing Inc., a computing services firm, has signed an agreement to lease 51,000 square feet of office space in Buena Park to consolidate offices now in La Palma and Arcadia. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The New Jersey-based company expects to relocate 250 employees by June into the Village Business Park, a 26-acre campus. Kennedy-Wilson Properties of Beverly Hills, which manages the site, said the move would raise the park’s occupancy to 95%. Other tenants include Isuzu Motors America and Airborne Express.
