More than 2,000 children and their parents are expected to visit the Art Institute of Southern California this weekend to see if their work was chosen for display at the 26th annual “Color It Orange” exhibition.
The exhibit, opening Sunday, showcases works by Orange County students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
“Not all the kids know if their work [has been chosen] or not when they come because we haven’t notified all of them yet,” said Alan Barkley, institute president.
The Art Institute of Southern California is at 2222 Laguna Canyon Road. Information: (949) 376-6000.
