Santa Ana College’s Public Service Institute is offering a “Managing Conflict on the Job” seminar on Friday at its Garden Grove Center, 11277 Garden Grove Blvd., Room 226. The seminar, beginning at 8 a.m., is designed to help people identify the causes of conflicts and reduce their effects. A $2.20 fee is payable at the door. Information: (714) 564-6756.
