Credit Where It’s Due

Thanks for the great coverage of Monkey Pete’s puppet theater (“Planet of the Puppets,” by Russ Spencer, So SoCal, Dec. 5). I would like to give credit where credit is due, however, and acknowledge the contributions made by Mitt Seely and Nancy Truman.
Mitt Seely was more than just a puppeteer; he was a performer, co-director and collaborator in the puppet theater, and his ideas and contributions to the show’s success were more than vital. Nancy also contributed greatly to the show as a co-director. Unfortunately, they were cropped out of the photo and much of the article as well.
