Advanced Access, an Anaheim real estate Web site company, said Tuesday that it has joined with HomesBy.com to create one of the larger specialty-market Web developers in the nation. Terms of the merger were not released.
The new firm has a combined list of more than 3,000 clients, ranging from real estate agents to top national firms and from Realtor associations to mortgage operations.
The new firm will continue to operate as Advanced Access with real estate veteran John Morris serving as president and Michael Quick, former HomesBy.com president, as director of business development and product strategy to oversee creation of new Web services and Web-based software solutions.
