A Youth in Government Day will be held for high school students March 20. The program, sponsored by the Cypress Youth Commission, the Recreation and Park District and the city, will give students a first-hand look at how city government operates. Students wishing to participate in the one-day event must fill out an application in the Community Center, 5700 Orange Ave., before Feb. 29.
