TriZetto Contracts for CTR Technology

The TriZetto Group Inc., a Newport Beach provider of Internet-related software for the health-care industry, said Thursday it has signed a three-year contract for a Portland, Ore., company’s technology.
Terms of the deal with CTR Business Systems Inc. were not disclosed.
For a fee, TriZetto will integrate CTR’s comprehensive Health Plan Employer Data and Information Set reporting kit over the Internet and through conventional means. The kit allows customers to avoid significant costs and responsibilities inherent in owning, customizing and running software applications and infrastructure.
