Ballot Propositions to Be Discussed
A League of Women Voters representative will analyze the 20 statewide ballot propositions at a Valley West Democratic Club meeting Sunday.
“It’s something we do so that everybody can understand as much as they can about the ballot,” said Lonnie Lewis, club president. “It’s a helpful tool. You can make a better decision when you’re informed.”
League representative Carol Winston will provide nonpartisan information about the propositions on the March 7 ballot.
The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Washington Mutual Bank, 22001 Ventura Blvd., Woodland Hills. Admission is free.
