Northwood may boast its own major business park soon, with construction starting as early as April.
Planning commissioners are scheduled to review plans today for Jeffrey Corporate Center, which developers envision as 11 buildings on 6.8 acres off Trabuco Road, just west of Jeffrey Road.
The project, which is being proposed by Boureston-Todd Development of Costa Mesa, would offer 97,220 square feet of office space. If approvals come swiftly, the offices should be available before Christmas, said Michael Todd, spokesman for Boureston-Todd Development.
