The City Council voted unanimously to approve a developer’s plan to build a four-story apartment and business complex in downtown Fullerton.
Community Multi-Housing Inc. is proposing a $24-million 192-unit apartment and office building with an underground parking garage on the northwest corner of Lemon and Commonwealth avenues.
