The Tustin Unified School District appointed Gail Houghton assistant superintendent of personnel, replacing Chris Davidson, the new assistant superintendent of pupil personnel.
Houghton will be responsible for leadership in the areas of staff planning, recruitment, selection and placement, staff appraisal, staff development, compensation and contract negotiations.
