Alyn Names CFO, Picks Deloitte as Accountant

Alyn Corp. named Ray Brooks vice president and chief financial officer and selected Deloitte & Touche LLP as its independent accountant and auditor. Brooks replaces Richard Little, who resigned in January.
Brooks, 58, was the financial chief of Rohm Electronics USA LLC, a Nashville-based electronics components company that is a unit of Japan’s Rohm Co. Ltd.
