The City Council will vote tonight on approving a Traffic Violator Apprehension Program. The goals of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department program is to reduce the number of collisions involving suspended and unlicensed drivers, establish a public education program and a cost recovery system to pay for continued enforcement. The council meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m. at 17855 Santiago Blvd.
