American Commercial Bank to Pay 12-Cent Dividend

The board of directors of Americorp, the Ventura-based holding company for American Commercial Bank, has declared a 12-cent-per-share cash dividend.
The dividend, to be given to shareholders of record as of March 30, was to have been paid Monday.
This is the 66th consecutive quarterly cash dividend that Americorp has awarded to its shareholders.
American Commercial Bank operates full-service branches in Ventura, Oxnard and Camarillo.
