The Villa Park Elementary School Restoration Committee met with Villa Park teachers last month to discuss the restoration of the 1920s-era elementary school.
Teri Elmendorf, president of the restoration committee, said the teachers shared their support and suggested holding a penny drive to continue to raise funds in the near future.
