Ben Bonilla pitched a six-hitter and struck out eight to lead Loyola Marymount to a 3-1 West Coast Conference victory over Pepperdine at Malibu.
Scott Walter and Anthony Angel drove in runs for Loyola (22-13, 10-4 in the WCC), which evened the three-game series that could decide home-field advantage in the WCC championship series.
Woody Cliffords had a run-scoring single for Pepperdine (22-15, 11-2), which had a 10-game conference winning streak ended.
