Location, Lack of Odor Are Buyer Priorities

Odor tops the criteria list for many consumers, according to a survey of real estate agents commissioned by Procter & Gamble.
Of 494 agents surveyed, 69% said buyers put location and lack of odor in the same category of importance when it comes to home purchases.
Thirty-one percent of agents surveyed said a buyer’s first impression is based on the cleanliness of the home’s exterior.
