Students Invited to 2-Day College Fair

High school students are invited to attend a college fair to ask questions about admissions, financial aid and academic majors.
The Ventura County National College Fair, which is free, will take place at Seaside Park in Ventura from 6 to 8 p.m. May 4 and 9 a.m. to noon May 5.
Sponsored by the National Assn. for College Admission, the fair will bring together representatives from dozens of public and private colleges and universities. They will answer questions and hand out information to prospective students and their families.
The association represents more than 6,500 high school counselors, college admissions officers and financial aid officers. Last year, it helped recruit thousands of high school students for college in fairs across the nation.
