A Disgrace to Replace Paul Williams Legacy
- Share via
I was thrilled when I saw the announcement on the front page of the Sept. 19 Real Estate section that the Windsor Square-Hancock Park Historical Society would be featuring work by the renowned architect Paul Williams in its annual home and garden tour.
Then, to my dismay, I read through the Hot Properties column only to learn that Cindy Costner had recently purchased a home by Williams and was planning to demolish it to build something new in its place.
Although the article did not disclose the location of the home, perhaps someone from the historical society could help her understand what a disgrace such an action would be to the legacy of the architect.
