While Hart quarterback Kyle Matter was busy picking apart the Thousand Oaks secondary on Friday night, the player he succeeded watched from the sideline.
Kyle Boller, a freshman at California, was in town because the Golden Bears have a bye this week. He has played sparingly in California’s first two games.
“It’s been exciting,” Boller said. “I expected college football to be exciting and that’s what it’s been.”
