Is It Just a Great Place to Live for Some?

“Thirty-eight miles from downtown Los Angeles, the predominantly white community . . . “ (“Life at the Lake,” Nov. 14).
Does this mean that “blacks, browns and yellows” are not welcome in Westlake Village? I’m part Mexican American and I don’t know if I would be welcome in Westlake Village. No wonder the schools are better there. “Predominantly white” areas usually have better educational opportunities. Great article! Great white place!
