Residents are needed to volunteer for Trail Restoration Day in Laguna Coast Wilderness Park from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday. The event will allow nature lovers to help restore hiking trails while enjoying the scenery of the park. Participants should bring gloves, a hat, sunscreen, water and a shovel if available. Refreshments will be provided. Volunteers will get a “Keep it Wild” shirt from the Laguna Canyon Foundation. Residents should meet at the park’s entrance, 20101 Laguna Canyon Road, south of El Toro Road. Information: (949) 494-9352.
