The Irvine company, which creates Internet-based programs for small- and medium-size businesses, said it lost $7.6 million, or $1 a share, in the third quarter, compared with a net loss of $3.9 million, or 79 cents a share, for the same period last year. Revenue rose to $1.6 million from $600,000.
