El Modena High School students and parents in support of the proposed Gay-Straight Alliance club have retained attorneys with People for the American Way Foundation as their legal counsel.
The foundation charges the Orange Unified School District Board of Trustees have denied students their legal right to meet and form a club.

The district is scheduled to vote on forming the club at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at 1401 N. Handy St.
