Ventura Firm Acquires Accounting Practice

The Ventura accounting firm of Sunken, Schmitz & Co. has acquired the accounting practice of Michael DiSabatino in Oxnard.
The acquisition expands the presence of the firm in western Ventura County.
“By assisting Mr. DiSabatino in his transition from public accounting to private industry, we will be able to grow in the direction we have intended while maintaining the needs of his clients,” said Sandra Sunken, a co-owner of the firm.
