Harvey Hargrove had three of Lancaster’s seven hits in a 9-0 loss to the Modesto A’s in front of 3,249 at Modesto.

Elvin Nina pitched six innings to earn the victory for Modesto (36-14) after Jesus Colome pitched the first inning.
