The Planning Commission tonight will hear an update on property values in the El Toro Road redevelopment area. Twenty-five permits were issued for business and residence development in the area during April. The developments will increase the assessed property value of the area by $169,512, according to city staff. The Planning Commission meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 23161 Lake Center Drive, Suite 100.
