Tejon Intends 4,000-Acre L.A. County Development

Tejon Ranch Co., the largest contiguous landowner in California, announced that it has signed a letter of intent with Pardee Construction Co., Lewis Investment Co. and W. L. Homes LLC to form a joint venture partnership to develop a 4,000-acre master-planned community in north Los Angeles County.
Officials say they plan to complete negotiations over the next few months.
Founded in 1843, Tejon Ranch is a real estate development and agribusiness company with 270,000 acres along Interstate 5 in Los Angeles and Kern counties.
