The Orange County Performing Arts Center’s board of directors has elected three new members: Philip J. Carroll, Liam E. McGee and Henry Samueli. Carroll is chairman and chief executive officer of Irvine-based Fluor Corp., McGee is president of Bank of America Southern California, and Samueli is co-founder of Irvine-based Broadcom Corp. Samueli’s partner at Broadcom, Henry T. Nicholas III, and his wife, Stacey, last week announced a donation of nearly $1.3 million to South Coast Repertory. The new appointments fill vacancies left by board members whose terms have expired or who resigned, a center spokesman said, and bring the 60-member board back to capacity.
