The Police Explorers volunteered time recently to paint over graffiti that has plagued the Huntington Valley Baptist Church and Preschool for the past month. Caltrans donated 30 gallons of paint for the project.
Vandals spray-painted graffiti on walls and walkways at the Starfish Avenue church. Three juveniles have been arrested. Police said the investigation is continuing.
