Re “Charges Mean Unhappy Days for Actress,” Feb. 5:
Roz Kelly should not be in jail, but rewarded for eliminating neighborhood blight. Inconsiderate car owners and their alarms that go off all night are the ones who should be in jail. I would gladly donate money to help her legal defense.
