More than 600 works of student art--from paintings to photography to ceramics--will be on display at the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District’s fourth annual art show, “Art Works!”
The event, which is free and open to the public, allows student artists to exchange ideas and inspiration, said William Write, chairman of the visual and performing arts department at El Dorado High School. “It’s also an opportunity to have their work recognized for its exceptional value,” he said.
The show will be held in the Educational Service Center, 4999 Casa Loma Drive, beginning Feb. 25; it continues through March 5. Information: (714) 985-8603.
