Web Plans Boost StarBase Stock 38%

Santa Ana-based StarBase Corp.’s stock moved up nearly 38% Wednesday after the company said it planned to introduce a Web site development product in May.
The stock climbed 66 cents a share to $2.41.
The new product, StarTeam.com, will be an extension of the company’s StarTeam line of software configuration management tools.
