An exhibit titled “A Seal Beach Gem: The Jewel City Cafe Silver” opens Feb. 27 in the Red Car Museum. The museum, on Electric Avenue across from the Mary Wilson Library, is open 1 to 4 p.m. on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month. Information: (562) 431-9501.
