The Planning Commission today will consider granting a permit for beer and wine sales at a gas station on Oso Parkway at Interstate 5. City officials are recommending approval because it would not result in an overconcentration of liquor sellers. The commission meets at 7 p.m., 25909 Pala, Room 150. Information: (949) 470-3000.
