The City Council on Tuesday will begin the process of naming the $22-million community center and sports park next to Laguna Hills High School, at Alicia Parkway and Paseo de Valencia. Suggestions include Plaza de Alicia, Costeau Community Center, Ginko Sports Green and Pecten Reef Park. The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers, 25201 Paseo de Alicia, Suite 150.
