In the Hancock tournament:
Irvine Valley 70, Hancock 63--Craig Rice scored 15 and Enver Scobzokov added 14 for Irvine Valley (10-4), which plays Sequoias, an 85-68 winner over Cypress, in a semifinal at 8 tonight.
In the San Diego Mesa tournament:
Glendale 93, Orange Coast 91--David Castleton scored a season-high 41 points, 23 in the first half, for Orange Coast (9-5).
In the Desert women’s tournament:
Santa Ana 97, Los Angeles Southwest 89--Stephanie Patten scored 34 points and had 17 rebounds, and Atari Parker scored 27 points for Santa Ana (12-2).
Golden West 87, Imperial Valley 35--Tracy Twellman scored 18 points and had 11 rebounds to lead the Rustlers (11-2) to their 11th consecutive victory. Evalani Tagaloa scored 16 points and had 12 rebounds for Golden West,
In the Fullerton tournament:
Fullerton 80, Delta 68--Teresa Manning scored 20 points for Fullerton in a quarterfinal game.
