More Indictments in Slayings of 4 Girls

A grand jury in Austin, Texas, indicted two more men on capital murder charges in the slayings of four teenage girls at a yogurt shop. Michael Scott, 25, and Maurice Pierce, 24, were charged with capital murder in the Dec. 6, 1991, crime. Both are charged in the shootings of Eliza Hope Thomas, 17; Amy Ayers, 13; Jennifer Harbison, 17; and Sarah Harbison, 15, Jennifer’s sister.
